After registering for a tournament, the Registration Status page is your home base for that event. Access it from My Tournaments or from the tournament page itself.
Status Overview
Your registration status shows as one of:
- Pending — waiting for organizer approval
- Confirmed — you’re in, requirements may still need completing
- Rejected — the organizer declined your registration
Requirements Progress
If the tournament has requirements enabled, you’ll see a progress tracker showing what’s complete and what still needs attention:
- Club membership — join the organizer’s club. A Join Club button appears if you haven’t yet.
- Full roster — your team needs all member slots filled. Share the registration invite link with teammates.
- All members in club — every team member must join the organizer’s club.
- UID/IGN verification — provide your in-game User ID and In-Game Name. A Provide UID button opens the form.
Each requirement updates in real-time as conditions are met.
Managing Your Team
Depending on the tournament format and how you registered:
- Manage Squad — adjust your team composition (if using Custom Squad registration)
- Invite teammates — share the registration link so teammates can join your team
- Leave Squad — leave a custom squad you joined
- Cancel Registration — for Solo tournaments, cancel your own registration
What Happens Next
The status page shows context-aware next steps:
- If you need to invite more members, it tells you how many spots remain
- If you’re waiting for approval, it lets you know
- If you need to provide your UID, it prompts you
- Once everything is complete, it confirms you’re ready for match day
Alerts
The page shows alerts for important situations — like if the tournament has been paused, cancelled, or if registration is about to close.
