This guide gets you from zero to registered for your first tournament in minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Head to platform.squads-space.com and sign up with your email and password. That’s it — you’re in.
Step 2: Set Up Your Squad
You can create a Global Squad on the platform and invite your teammates. This makes registering for any tournament quick and easy — anyone from the squad can register the team. You only set it up once, and it works across all events.
If you don’t have a Global Squad, no worries — you can also form a Custom Squad when registering for a specific tournament.
Step 3: Browse Tournaments
From your player dashboard, browse open tournaments and scrims. You can see event details like format, game mode, schedule, and available slots. You can also join directly from a link an organizer shared in WhatsApp or Discord.
Step 4: Register Your Team
When you find an event, you have two ways to register:
- Global Squad — register with your existing squad. Select which members to register with (e.g., pick at least 4 for Squad mode if full roster is required). Fast and simple since your team is already set up.
- Custom Squad — form a new team just for this event. Create the squad, then invite players. They’ll get a prompt to join, accept, and they’re in.
Step 5: Meet the Requirements
Some tournaments have requirements set by the organizer. You’ll see exactly what’s needed:
- Registering user must join club — you’ll be asked to join the organizer’s club during registration. If all members are required to join, other squad members will see a banner on the status page letting them know.
- Full roster — your team must have the minimum number of members filled before registration is complete.
- UID/IGN — you’ll need to provide your Free Fire User ID and In-Game Name for this tournament.
The status page shows your registration status and any pending requirements — like which members still need to join the club.
Step 6: Invited Slots
Sometimes an organizer may invite you directly to a specific stage of a tournament using an invite link. When you receive one, you can register in two ways:
- Global Squad — register with your existing squad, same as regular registration
- Solo — register alone and provide your IGN and UID if required by the tournament
If the tournament uses Approval Required, the organizer still needs to approve your registration even with an invite link.
Step 7: Get Assigned and Play
Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll be assigned to a group. From there you can see your match schedule and the room ID and password for each match — right on the platform. No hunting through WhatsApp or Discord messages.
Step 8: Check Results
After matches, view live leaderboards that update in real-time as the organizer enters scores. Check your match history to see how you’ve performed across events.
