Any player on SquadsSpace can become an organizer. The process takes about a minute.
Before You Start
You need a SquadsSpace account first. If you don’t have one, sign up here.
The Become Organizer Page
Navigate to the Become Organizer page from your dashboard or sidebar. This landing page explains what you get as an organizer — tournament creation, stream overlays, live scoring, and full control over your events.
Click “Start Registration” to begin the wizard.
Registration Wizard
The wizard has four steps:
1. Identity
Verify your account by confirming your password. This ensures you’re the account owner before upgrading.
2. Terms
Read and accept the Organizer Terms of Service. These outline your responsibilities as a tournament organizer on the platform.
3. Club Setup
Choose a name for your first club. Your club is your organizer identity — it’s what players see when they browse your tournaments. You can change the name later from Club Settings.
4. Review
Confirm your details and submit. Your account is upgraded instantly — no approval wait.
After Registration
Once you’re an organizer, you’ll be redirected to the Organizer Dashboard. From there you can:
- Customize your club with social links and a banner in Club Settings
- Create your first tournament or scrim
- Invite players to join your club
Your player features remain fully available — you can still browse and register for other organizers’ tournaments.
