When you register as an organizer, you create a club. Your club is your identity on SquadsSpace — it’s how players find you, join your community, and compete in your events.

What Is a Club?

A club is your organizer profile on the platform. It includes your club name, branding, and a public page where players can see your tournaments, members, and community.

What Your Club Gives You

  • Public club page — players can browse your club’s profile, see your tournaments, and join
  • Member management — view and manage members who’ve joined your club
  • Tournament branding — all your tournaments and scrims are associated with your club
  • Club membership requirement — use the “Registering user must join club” or “Require all members in club” requirements to build your community through tournament registrations
  • Community growth — every tournament you run brings new members into your club

How Players Join

Players can join your club in several ways:
  • Browsing and joining from your public club page
  • Being prompted to join during tournament registration (when club membership is required)
  • Seeing the join banner on a tournament status page (when all members must be in club)

Getting Started

Your club is created automatically when you register as an organizer at /organizer/register. Fill in your club name and details, and you’re ready to start organizing.
