After your groups are locked, you can start creating and managing matches. Groups (Elimination) and pairings (Round Robin) share the same match management layout.
Creating Matches
From a group or pairing page, create matches:
- Specify how many matches you want (up to 8)
- You can override the match count per group if needed — not every group has to have the same number of matches
- Set the schedule for each match
Setting the Map
For each match, you can specify which Free Fire map will be played. This helps players prepare and know what to expect.
Room ID & Password
Each group and pairing page has a room ID and password section. Enter the custom room credentials here — they become visible to players when the match starts. Players see them directly on the platform, no need to share through WhatsApp or Discord.
Entering Results
After a match finishes, enter scores from the results section:
- Open the match from the group or pairing page
- If UID/IGN verification is enabled, you’ll first choose your entry mode:
- Team kills — enter total kills per team (same as without UID/IGN)
- Per-player kills — enter kills for each individual player. Each team row expands to show all members with individual kill inputs, and the team total auto-sums.
- You’ll see a table with all teams in that group
- For each team, enter:
- Placement — their finishing position
- Kills — team total or per-player, depending on your chosen mode
- Click Save
The system calculates points automatically using your point table (kill points + placement points = total). The leaderboard updates instantly.
Announcements
Each group and pairing page has an announcements section. Post updates for participants in that group — schedule changes, delays, map changes, or any other info. Players see these announcements on their end.
Live Scoring
If you’re streaming, you can enter scores in real-time and they’ll update the stream overlay automatically. See Live Scoring for the streaming workflow.
Managing at Scale
For stages with many groups, navigating to each group individually can be slow. Use Mass Operations to create matches, set schedules, and enter results across all groups from a single page.
