The registrations page is your central hub for managing who’s in your tournament. You can review individual registrations, take bulk actions, and track requirement completion.

Accessing Registrations

From your tournament’s dashboard, open the Registrations tab. You’ll see stats at the top showing total, pending, confirmed, and rejected counts.

Filtering and Searching

Filter registrations by status:
  • All — every registration
  • Pending — waiting for your approval (Approval Required and Invite Only with Approval modes)
  • Confirmed — approved and counted toward slots
  • Rejected — registrations you’ve rejected
You can also search by name, squad name, or ID to find specific registrations quickly.

Reviewing Individual Registrations

Click on any registration to open a detail panel showing:
  • Team information — squad name, captain, registration date
  • Members list — all team members with their details
  • Requirement progress — which requirements are met and which are still pending (club membership, full roster, UID/IGN)
  • Status — current registration status
From the detail panel, you can approve, reject, or delete individual registrations.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple registrations to take action in bulk:
  • Bulk Approve — confirm all selected registrations at once
  • Bulk Reject — reject all selected registrations
  • Bulk Delete — permanently remove selected registrations
Bulk actions save time when you have many pending registrations to process — especially for large tournaments with Approval Required mode.

Registration Statuses

  • Pending — submitted but awaiting approval. Only applies to Approval Required and Invite Only with Approval modes.
  • Confirmed — approved (or auto-confirmed for Open/Invite Only modes). Counts toward your slot limit.
  • Rejected — registration was denied by the organizer.

Tips

  • For Open registration tournaments, registrations are auto-confirmed — you don’t need to manually approve each one
  • Keep an eye on requirement progress — even confirmed teams may still have pending requirements like club membership for all members
  • Use bulk actions to process large batches quickly during registration close
