Export lets you download tournament data for reporting, sharing, or record-keeping. Access it from the Tournaments list in your Organizer Dashboard.
Export Flow
The export wizard has three steps:
Filter which tournaments to include by category:
- Upcoming — published and draft tournaments not yet started
- Registration Open — tournaments currently accepting registrations
- Ongoing — in progress, registration closed, or paused
- Completed — finished or cancelled tournaments
Choose your export format:
- Excel Spreadsheet (.xlsx) — full data with all columns
- PDF Flyer — branded flyer for sharing
2. Select Tournaments
Browse and select which specific tournaments to include in the export. You can select all or pick individually.
3. Review & Export
Review your selections and download the file.
