The 4 Requirements
1. Registering User Must Join Club
The player submitting the registration must be a member of your club. If they’re not already a member, they’ll be prompted to join your club during the registration process. This only applies to the player who is registering the team — not all team members.2. Require Full Roster
The team must have the minimum number of members filled based on the game mode:- Solo — 1 member
- Duo — 2 members
- Squad — 4 members (up to 6 with substitutes)
3. Require All Members in Club
Every team member must be registered on the platform AND be a member of your club. This automatically enables the first two requirements (registering user must join club + full roster). The registering player is prompted to join the club at the time of registration. Other team members will see a sticky banner on the status page telling them to join the club, along with details on which members still need to join.4. Require UID/IGN
Players must provide their Free Fire User ID and In-Game Name for this tournament. This automatically enables the full roster requirement. This is set per tournament — players enter their UID and IGN during the registration process for each event.How Requirements Work Together

What Players See
Players see all requirements listed on the registration page before they register. After registering, the status page shows:- Their registration status
- Any pending requirements — which members still need to join the club, missing roster spots, etc.
- A sticky banner at the top if action is needed
When to Use What
